WHAT A DUMP!

My husband booked this hotel on the internet for his holiday. He checked in yesterday and when I spoke to him last night he told me that the hotel was very old and dirty. Today, when I called him around mid day, he was already in Kuala Lumpur! He said he couldn't stand the Hyatt Regency (even though he had paid the full amount for 3 nights stay.) People do have different standards but for someone to check out after the first night - the hotel must be really bad.
