We stayed for 5 nights and found the hotel to be excellent. The hotel was well located with restaurants nearby and walking distance to the Monorail and LRT stations. This made areas such as Chinatown and KLCC easily accessible. The hotel itself was magnificent. We stayed in an executive room with Petronas Tower views after initially being given the standard room despite an upgrade being included in our package. The room was huge and had everything in it you would need. The breakfast (not included in our package) was fantastic but a little expensive. The pool area was not great but there were plenty of deck chairs and the pool itself was clean. The hotel staff were excellent and very friendly. The only downside was the irritating situation where our room cards kept expiring meaning we had to go to reception a few times to get them reset. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in a 5 star hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
