The listed corporate rate for the Renaissance is RM210-00. However, on checking in, non explanatory information was given, saying that the corporate rate is RM270-00 for Renaissance and RM210-00 is for the New World Wing. Further explation was that the difference in price was the difference in room size. The stay at New World Wing was quite satisfactory anyway. The restaurants had only buffet dinner to offer with exception to De Marche which offers ala carte. Location of hotel is quite strategic within shouting distance of Hard Rock Cafe. Other services were reasonably acceptable.

Hi Stayed in this hotel once, it has significant potential, but the staff and overall freshness of the hotel are not up to scratch. I now choose to stay in the Westin while in KL."
