What and old hotel!
It was a great hotel, 12-15 years ago! I stayed there Feb 2005 for 3 nights (I am a Malaysian living abroad & wanted to surprise my friends in Kuala Lumpur). I was disappointed with the quality of the hotel (the service was OK though). The bedsheet was smelly (soiled),like an old taxi. The area is not that great, a little bit scummy actually. Will never stay there again. Won't recommend to anyone.

Excellent Service
Stayed there twice this year, staffs are very friendly and attentive. They have Service One system where I only need to dial No.1 for all my service requests. Should check out their Pacific Floor, value for $ with lots of benefits plus the Butlers are very friendly.
