Walking Take the trouble to walk around Macau. Explore the side streets off the beaten track. It's an amazing place. I'm sure we were the first Europeans some of the locals had seen down some of the alleys judging by the looks on peoples faces. See Macau now before the developers get their hooks into the really prime real estate.
Taxi Troubles Taxis can be hard to come by in Macau at peak times and in quieter locations. Whilst shuttle buses between major hotels and casinos are available, I would recommend identifying key bus routes just in case a taxi can't be located.
