My husband, mom and sister stayed overnight at the hotel. There was a problem with our reservation (only one room was reserved, instead of two) but the reception staff was very helpful and courteous. Even the parking lot attendant (Hans) was very helpful and friendly and gave us tips on how to get around macau. Many of the staff can speak understandable english. The rooms were ok in size and well maintained although the carpet was run down. Cleanliness needs improvement (my sister saw strands of hair on the floor of their toilet). Location is ok, I guess, since there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel.
