I have stayed at the Sunshine City Prince 8 times since 1991. This last visit in April 2004 was disappointing in that the condition of the lobby were quite poor and the number of staff seemed to have been reduced. My room was adequate, but had not been upgraded at all in recent years. I love the area and have wonderful memories of the hotel and hope that some investment in the property for improvements will be made.
