Direct Narita - Hotel by coach. Great location. Price depends on season. There are normal & themed rooms. We had the 5 bedded corner theme room when we stayed in Dec 2005 & again in Sept 2006. Service is very good. Food in Japanese restaurant is very good. |

Upon arriving at the Grande Bay hotel we found that some syrup that we had stowed in our luggage had spilled on all of our clothes. We called the front desk who, even at 10pm, sent someone up immediately to assist us. The clothes were cleaned, pressed and redelivered before we left the next morning. We were consistently greeted by name. The breakfast buffet is very expansive and serves both Japanese and Western foods, there are ample activities to entertain everyone and it is with a very short walk to the subway. I left a message for the General Manager to express our appreciation and I highly recommend this hotel, especially with kids since it is near the Disney Park. We traveled with a 1 year old and a 14 year old. |
