I have stayed here only once overnight. The Nishishinjuku is only 5 minutes from Shinjuku Station but my taxi driver had difficulty finding the place. There is a long flight of stairs to get into the hotel. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. The restaurant serves a good Japanese breakfast. Staff are friendly but speak very little or no English. This would be a good choice for an overnight if you are catching a train from Shinjuku the next morning and you do not want to break the bank.
