Clean and tidy. Service was excellent, location very convenient.

Great location, accomodation and staff!
I would highly recommend the Kinuya hotel to any travllers to Tokyo - its in a great location close to Ueno station and close to good sight seeing and recreational places of interest. Good price, good accommodation and really nice, helpful staff! :)
