Great Location Great service.

The price was great. I had originally booked as single supplement, but last minute, my boyfriend came along. (very last minute) When we got to the hotel, I asked if I could have him stay in my room and we were upgraded for fre to the executive suite, room 1516 in the main area of the hotel .
The room was cleaned daily and english language newspapers brought in daily.
The pool was relaxing.
It wasn't far to walk to two or three metro stations, yotsuya being the preferred choice.
Disneyland was about 30 minutes by train.
Motegi MOTOGp race was about 4 hours travel by trains, but the staff at the hotel booked tickets for me and gave me guides for the trains to take.
So very helpful. I left a nice present of English chocolate on the bed for the maid every other day, and on my last day got a thankyou card.
So sweet.
Stay here, it's great.

Everything was awful. I hated the service, the rooms, even the mattress. I asked for a non smoking room and got a smoking room and the room had a inch of water in it. Would not stay there again.

For more than 20 years I have been a frequent guest at the Hotel New Otani in Tokyo. It has been my home away from home throughout that time. I have always had a comfortable and satisfying experience there and have often recommended it to my friends and associates.
