A wonderful place

We were pleasantly suprprised at the outstanding facilities and service provided for us during our short stay at the Best Western Takayama. We were impressed with the front desk staff, particularly Miss Kana Wada, who (besides speaking excellent English) was a delightful individual to deal with. She also assisted us greatly in securing a room in Tokyo and cancelling a previous reservation we had elsewhere. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone. Keep up the good work!
