    Staff goes beyond the expected
    I have been staying at the Omiya Palace Hotel for about 10 years. The hotel has the best service of any hotel I have ever stayed in Japan and I have stayed in many hotels. The prices are fair and the ammenities are fine...resturaunts good and location perfect. The staff all speak fairly good English. Starbucks only a block away!
