Value for money
The hotel is located close to the main Ikebukuro JR line but at a much less hectic area. The room has a small fridge under the table, a 24" widescreen TV, internal telephone, a hot water cup heater, hair dryer and internet which requires a LAN cable. No English channels on TV but there are 2 channels which kids should not watch. They can be disabled. They do have wireless internet but I was too lazy to the configurations. The rooms are not too big and not too small. The rooms with the best view are double and twin rooms while the single rooms are facing a next buildng wall. The bathrooms are clean and dry. They do room cleaning everyday. There is a grocery store next door and more all around the place. The hotel reception speaks some English but not too fluent. You have a choice of Japanese breakfast or Western breakfast.

Great service
The best room I ever stay in. Spacious and comfatable. Not much retail shopping as nearest store is about 600 meters away.
