Location is in city center, room neat and tidy, food average, staff is very friendly.

Don't be surprised if you booked a double room for 2 people, but there was only 1 toothbrush provided. If you asked house keeping, they would say,” it is our standard to provide double room with only 1 toothbrush.” Quite weird, right? But if you ask toothbrushes, within a few minutes they would bring 2 pieces right in front of your door. The same thing happened to bathmat, too. No matter if it is so wet inside bathroom after shower/ bath, they wouldn't provide any bathmats unless you called and ask for it. Garuda Plaza is quite reasonable price and quite ok service, even though not the best. The hotel was often used for companies of government-related companies meeting, so don't be surprised if you could see many men smoking during breakfast in the restaurant. I think hotel side should have done more regarding this matter! As for facilities, during our stay, the water leaked from the pipe on the basin, and on the pipe of shower. However, the hotel did reparation soon on the next day. The result was not best, but quite ok, I think. Internet connection was nice, one hour free for people staying at the hotel. As for swimming pool, the water was quite full of sand so that we couldn't see clearly in the water during swimming.
