Don't be surprised if you booked a double room for 2 people, but there was only 1 toothbrush provided. If you asked house keeping, they would say,” it is our standard to provide double room with only 1 toothbrush.” Quite weird, right? But if you ask toothbrushes, within a few minutes they would bring 2 pieces right in front of your door. The same thing happened to bathmat, too. No matter if it is so wet inside bathroom after shower/ bath, they wouldn't provide any bathmats unless you called and ask for it. Garuda Plaza is quite reasonable price and quite ok service, even though not the best. The hotel was often used for companies of government-related companies meeting, so don't be surprised if you could see many men smoking during breakfast in the restaurant. I think hotel side should have done more regarding this matter! As for facilities, during our stay, the water leaked from the pipe on the basin, and on the pipe of shower.
