Very special holiday in Bali

We really enjoyed staying at the Green Garden Resort & Spa. •The staff really made us feel special. •The hotel was very pleasant and spacious. •The spa facilities are great and I really enjoyed them. Great massages with Meta. •The cleaning staff are excellent. We may come back next year.

Fabulous small resort with great surf access

This small resort is so intimate that we want to come back again, hopefully in 6 months. The staff are so friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. A/C is always cool. Big fridge - we are free to stock our own buys. Food in its restauratn are yummy with great values (unlike others nearby). Both of us are keen surfers. The access to Kuta Reef, Airport Left, Airport Right, Middle are so convenient. After the surfs, the jacuzzi and steam are real treats. Best of all, these are complimentary for in-house guests. So comfortable and relaxing.... We have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to young and old couples. But definitely not for children as the resort staff always ensure that serenity is maintained at all times.

Friendly and helpful staff especially at the restaurant who provided excellent service at all times. After travelling for so many times to Bali in the past 10 years, the staff are some of the best I have met and they all deserve praise. The prices at Green Garden are an added bonus because it makes coming to Bali so affordable but with excellent quality service, food and accommodation. I was quite unwell in the last week of our stay with Bali belly but the staff made sure all my needs were catered for. Indeed a very personal touch from the management. Their massages are real treats to die for. Such a bargain that we enjoy so much almost every second day throughout our 3 weeks holiday. My wife and I already made plans for another stay next May.

My wife & I were absolutely delighted with our stay at Green Garden Beach Resort & Spa at Tuban - south Kuta Beach. We enjoyed our stay there greatly, the Service from all staff was personal & efficient. The rooms were terrific, but just a couple of suggestions for improvement: Shelves in the bathroom for personal effects, and an extension lead or power point on the wall to plug in mobile phones, etc. We enjoyed our stay more than any other of our 6 times visits to Bali. We actually had a group dinner the other night with 4 other Green garden guests and discussed our total enjoyment. All staff helped us enjoy our stay in this wonderful island. Good luck and best wishes & we will come to visit again, probably be in 12 months.

Intimate resort with friendly staff

We were very happy with our stay in Indonesia and that we have prayed a big pleasure of coasted the Balinese people. In what concerns us our stay in the Green Garden Beach Resort & Spa, we can say that we have been received well in all the domains: the services of the hotel were very serious, the employees of the hotel that we have coast during our stay make a remarkable work with seriousness and with a big respect, and we are anxious to signal it to you. The infra structure: 1) The hotel Green Garden Beach Resort & Spa is very clean has are charm and he is appealing. 2) The rooms are spacious enough and the cleanliness and to return it you. 3) The greenery gives a complete and relaxing charm. 4) The SPA that we tried several times was fabulous and professional. 5) The restaurant and the service were to the level and with a big kindness, but sometimes we don't manage to make understand us. We noticed during our stay that a lot of tourists came to take photos of the hotel and it I think can have that of the good and to make the advertisement in short for the hotel and us happy for you all. And it is for it that we will come back to the Green Garden Beach Resort & Spa at the end of year if possible. I have just received a questionnaire of our booking center concerning your hotel. We are going to present you of all our gratitude and you give the missing star in your hotel for your future guests. We thank you all for your big kindness. Friendly staff, peaceful resort with neat rooms

We have been to Bali 15 times and have stayed at numerous different hotels - both large and small, but have finally found a place that we feel has everything we need. The staff a very friendly, the rooms are neat and tidy, the food is very nice it is peaceful and NO children screaming, yelling & crying. During February we will start planning our return to BALI in September.

Excellent Hotel

What you get for the price is uncomparable with any other hotel in the area. Large and clean rooms, huge beds, lovely pool and very nice and helpfull staff. I would highly reccomend this lovely and quiet hotel.

I have stayed at the green garden resort and spa about 5 times in the last 4 year and have found it to be a real gem for the money.Pretty clean rooms, great staff, in Tuban away from noisy Kuta. Beautiful tropical grounds and freeform pool. I actually thought of not writing a review because I didn't want others to also flock to this 12 room wonderful hotel. In my opinion, it is the best value Hotel I have been to anywhere in the world.
