We went through a package from Bangalore through SAMS tours. Since the payment is done upfront, the advantage is beautifully taken. The deluxe room that is allocated has a rest room were the sink water overflows and dirty water from pipe gets into the floor once the basin is used for shaving, washing teeth etc. Even with repeated complain no action is taken. Most of the time power is off (morning), they will provide hot water in buckets but claim available 24 hours. Deal was to provide extra cot but they said only mattress will be provided that is sleep in the floor. Mr Sharma speaks nice but actions are pathetic - pakka business guy and screw the customer when you can. The only good part was restraurant - food is tasty and the in-charge was professional. Rest in the hotel is all tall claims. I was allocated room in the ground floor - it's remodelled but the door lock from outside seems broken. They are just fooling the package customers and screwing them.
