Me and Ankur Shanker Jaiswal (my best friend) went to Shimla to have a break from the hectic city life, we both were facing downs in our respective lives and wanted to live in a quiet and peaceful environment for a few days. We chose Hotel Springfields for its grandeur, royal feel and brand name (Usha Sriram). Our stay there was very comfortable as the staff was very soft spoken and the service delivered was amazing. Despite of other guests in the hotel, 24x7 a sense of privacy was there. I and Ankur had long chats under the beautiful mountains in the lush green surroundings; the gardens at this hotel are a perfect place for conversations. Springfields provided a highly comfortable and lovely feel to our stay. The scenic beauty and serenity quotient were so high that it helped in self-realization, in seeing our lives from a different perspective, to demarcate correctly between the better right and the suitable wrong.
