Very poor!

Had a look at the room before we booked in and for the price seemed reasonable. Stayed on the top floor which meant alot of stairs. Asked manager to organize a driver for the next morning to see the sights. Over an hour late, staff were laughing about it. Shower didn't work and said we broke it. Asked for a discount as we couldn't have a shower and was flatly refused.

Bad experience at Hotel Sangeet

Room provided was below average.It was given as super deluxe room but it was an ordinary room. Lot of disturbance from adjacent rooms.Room was on top floor so climbing was another big big problem. Due to urgency I had to come back one day earlier but they didnt refunded single paisa back after repeated requests ,although I told them on arrival day. The staff is not at all courteous and have no manners. They dont have any phone facility so to make even local calls you have to go to a PCO. They dont have credit card facility.You have to pay cash only. Very very bad experience. Please avoid this hotel.
