As a single traveller I was made most welcome by the hotel manager and receptionists,all of whom were extremely professional. My room was 1st class,the restaurant food simply wonderful,the location ideal for shopping and as a base for touring. I only spent 4 nights but am returning to India with my wife in October 2007 and will certainly be return to "The Asrani". The rates are very competitive and I'd reccommend any newcomer to India to put this hotel in there travel diary.
