One of the better hotels in Pune, but surely not a five star hotel. Staff is very responsive to customer’s needs and goes above to make you feel at home. The main issue with the hotel is the condition, it needs to be renovated. Alarm clocks don’t work; I could pick up the safe and walk off with it. Broken fixtures in the bathrooms, fridge that keeps the beer nice and warm, missing the general upkeep of a five star hotel.
