The hotel is good located near Pune station and easy to find. Rooms are, though not quite satisfactorily, acceptable. (You should not expect "super deluxe" staying.) I regret to say that the largest problem is the staff is far from hospitable and responsible. They are still ignoring repeated phones, faxes and emails requesting to refund overpayment, in spite of our agreement. Unless the problems would be improved, I cannot recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very good centrally located & I was very happy with the service & the staff. They are very co-operative. Over allit was a very good stay.
