Awful, badly managed - generally hopeless

Utterly awful, badly managed, duty manager is consistently misled. Never ever stay here. The restaurant staff are good as are the staff in the bar. 3 HOURS SLEEP ON THREE NIGHTS - PLEASE STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE
