Excellent!
I was in this hotel for 5 nites @ 2000/- per room with breakfast and finded the hotel excellent. It was all wi-fy enabled and very neat & clean property. Breakfast was continental as mentioned while booking and also had a free pickup. Would definately look for stay there again. Staff was obedient & they treat you nicely.

Terrible hotel!
I don't understand those first reviews at all! It was definitely the worst hotel I've stayed ever. It was very very dirty and awful hotel! The staff was very very impolite!! Absolutely unbelievable how they tried to con us and how they treated their customers! We arrived at the hotel middle of the night as I had informed the hotel by email and I hadn't ordered any pick-up service as they blamed. They didn't even offered or discussed anything about it when I booked the hotel and still though I could approved it they blamed and wanted us to be charged for it. Rooms were very dirty but we thought that we could manage the booked couple nights.. Next morning someone came to knock our door and said we have to move from our room. We were very surprised and this guy told us that there were other people coming to that room and they just had given us it as there were no other rooms available. Most Unwelcome place
Looks like from the type of reviews, the hotel has different kinds of rooms/floors.
I checked in to this hote on Mar 1, 2007 and check out with in an hour, inspite of having 4 rooms booked there!! One of the worst hotels I have been to and frankly speaking I found it like a cheap lodge..
A maize of rooms, with lot of small doors in the corridor (may be for storing bed linen or toilets) in the corridor, with every nook which ahs some space filled with clothes, bed lines etc. It is not meant for a family at all...
for all that they are priced so high..Thank God, We found a very good hotel near by for a better price...
I just hated the word Welcome after going to this hotel..
AVOID this palce at all costs

Infested with cockroaches
This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in . The room we were staying in was old, infested with cockroaches and other insects, the bed linen was filthy and we were given this room despite the fact that the hotel was completly empty! We requested another room which was just as bad, but not infested with cockroaches! I would not recommend this hotel as we found a three star hotel down the road for less or equivalent which was cleaner, nicer and friendly.

Reasonable 3 Star Property
The hotel is located in Karol Bagh which is a very busy area in the centre of Delhi and the location of hotel in excellent. Karol Bagh is good for shopping and it is easy for variety of food,traspotations.
As promised, I was provided with complimentary pickup from the airport which is 30 mins away from the hotel. The hotel's first floor and ground floor and done excellent. The rooms however are spacious and tastefully decorated, spread over 3 floors. The most important thing is that the rooms are all clean and air conditioned. Free internet access is also provided in the hotel's reception
The Whole hotel staff, including its drivers, are all very polite and friendly. Sightseeing tours are available in comfortable air conditioned vehicles.
I was delighted with the quality of the food at the hotel. The menu contained an assortment of dishes at very resonable prices, all cooked traditionally. I highly recommend the "Butter Chicken & Dal Makhani"!
