Don't stay here
This hotel has one of the best designs and decors that I have ever seen. Space and light are used very well and the design of the bathroom was excellent.
Design and decor on their own don't make for a great 5 star hotel. What really counts is the quality and experience of the staff and the training they have received. Unexpected pleasure
I had to visit Delhi at very short notice and had great difficulty getting a decent hotel - so I was worried that The Grand, which had roome, might not be up to standard. I need not have worried.
The room was excellent, bright, clean & comfortable.
The staff wer efficient & pleasant.
The food was OK.
It was however difficut to find - it is not signed or known to drivers - it is quite impersonal and really expensive - but I needed a good clean place in a hurry - & it was that!
