Unprofessional and dishonest staff and agent
WE booked the hotel on-line through Savion Travel Services. When we requested to postpone our booking by 24 hrs because our plane was delayed by 1 day, we were charged with the full pre-paid amound as a cancellation fee and received at least 10 phone calls during the day by the agent to talk us into a new booking. Agent and hotel staff blamed each other for the inflexibility and we never got to the bottom of it because we felt that we were waisting our time with dishonest and pushy people. Don't go near it!

I have never seen this kind of a hotel in my life. Service is so poor. Rooms are not good. Rooms are very old fashion and lack of a space in lobby. Lack of staff in lobby, lobby manager and account people they all are very arrogant!
