Ignorant Front Desk personnel
The room was mediocre , I have stayed at Days Inns with better rooms. I had stayed at a different Hyatt in New Delhi, there used to be 2 locations 5 years ago and the service was great. An advice to International travelers when you prepay be certain all taxes are paid or you will be charged a differential tax or so they say. When I asked the clerk to explain the charge he had no answer but simply shook his head. They are very bad about releasing holds on credit cards in a timely manner, most hotels release incidentals within 2-3 days. This hotel releases holds after almost 10 days. The staff around the hotel are annoying always looking for a tip. There is bargaining within the travel facilities at the hotel, they are always trying to make a quick buck. Do not shop at the novelty or Jewellry shops in the Hotel, the sales staff will rip you. Be careful. Go to Connaught place for a better shopping experience for souvenirs.

Great Hotel!
Stayed in the Club flor - excellent rooms (a bit small compared to others, but more than enough room for 1 person), excellent service, and a great location for the business traveller. I will definately go back.
