Good Value for money
Centrally located in Karol Bagh with clean rooms, reasonably good breakfast and close to Metro Station Clark International gives good value for money. The complimentary airport pick up showed up on time- however they are stingy about running the car AC even in hot weather. The front desk was helpful in arranging railway station drop off and efficiently checked us out early morning at 0500hrs. The main negative is that the hotel is located in the noisy crowded Karol Bagh but then you can't have a central location and peace together in Delhi.

Not Good At All
This is the worst hotel I have stayed in reference to staff assistance. We paid our transfers twice and the hotel staff did not even want to listen. Normally, with late check outs, most hotels allow an hour or so for check out, but his hotel charged us 37 USD for two hours. Again, they just did not want to know. Will NEVER ay here again. Incidently, rooms are dark and musky.

Great & friendly place to stay & enjoy
My stay in the hotel was great with friendly staff & small business center has done a great help to acess my mail & business letters more over staff was helpfull.
