Need a lot of improvement
The staff has to understand and get trained in providing accurate information to the customers. Need to improve internet facilities as advertised. Very irresponsive management team. Too much differentiation between foreign and Indian customers.

Reasonable choice
Did not actually stay here but visited and viewed a room - room small but adequate, all amenities typical of a budget US hotel, clean. Decent bed and bath, which is more than I can say for many hotels in India. For the price, in Delhi, a good deal if you are used to or expect Western amenities. Other Delhi hotels tend to be too expensive or below American standards. Not near Connaught and central areas though.
