I stayed in this hotel for more than 3 months. I am not at all impresssed with the service. I couldn't see any professional/responsible staff over there. Security for your luggage is also a great problem. The rooms are kept open after cleaning. Food is also expensive and of poor quality.

Good Room service BUT ...

Location is good. Rates are reasonable. Rooms are OK. Service is good and prompt, but room cleaning wasn't that good. Stayed for 3 nights and everyday one or another item (soap or towel etc) was missing after rooms were cleaned. Also found on returning to rooms in afternoon that keys were left in the door lock and once the door itself was kept open. Serious security issue!! May have happened due to some renovations going on on the 3rd floor, but if it's happening throughout then I won't recommend it to anyone.

It was my pleasure to stay there. I stayed there only for a day, but it was excellent. good ambiance, supportive staff. Rooms r really good. Overall a very good hotel. I booked it over the telephone.
