Superb experience
It was an exhilarating experience to stay at the Silveton hotel. The place commands a great view of the lake, set in the midst of a serene bower the hotel is ideal for people who are on the lookout for peace and relaxation. Highly recommended for couples and families.

An elevating experience
Very good location of the hotel. It is high up and you reach it after a good climb. You can also come up by car although the road is a bit narrow. The view is fabulous - one can see the total lake in front. It is quiet above rest of Hotels. I had a good time and a good exercise.

Unique view from a unique location
It was a pleasent surprise to discover Silverton, located out of reach of all the crowd and tourist hustle bustle. But what was surprising is the view it offered. One can see the Nainital Lake in front, streaching from left to right, a view which the hotel literature aptly describes as 'panoramic'. An amazingly homly place with a hint of the bygone English retreat of Nainital. Truly recommendable for the discerning traveller, but a no-no for people short on breath!
