I dont understand how this place qualifies to be a Hotel. Its literally a Dharamshala. We booked our rooms one month before our visit and on our arrival at 2.30pm, the place was being cleaned with all the dirty underwears of some other guests or staff getting dried right infront of the so called balcony we had for our Suite room.. The so called Hotel is not worth Rs500 per room.. but we had to pay Rs1200 per night. Though we did not stay a single night and wasted all our money paid there..

when i booked hotel new bharat i was expecting an ordinary experience but after being checked in timely quick service delicious food and beautiful room with a lake view to stay in my experience and impression of budget hotel changed and quite a welcome feeling....thank you new bharat mangement

I would like to mention that the hotel is much better than what it looks in the pictures on the internet. The room we stayed had great lake view was neat,warmly done up walls and to a great relief a well ventilated large toilet. We had our car parked in the hotel parking and took a ferry in the hotel car. All in all, made my trip comfortable and delivered what it promised.
Poor room service, ill-maintained rooms and non-professional staff

In spite of booking the hotel in 15 days advance, they gave me a room which was not at all worthy of my money. Very poor room service, no hanger in the almirah, late supply of hot water and many more. Hotel was the most negative part of my tour.

Hotel is not at all good... Spoiled my new year eve in this hotel.. Bad leaking taps in the bathrooms and pathetic service..

Hotel New Bharat in Nainital is a great combination of service with quality rooms, newly renovated restrooms at an ECONOMICAL price. We got what we were promised. Made our Durga Puja celebration all the more special by arranging our Puja items. Thank you so much.
