Corbett Riverside Resort - Ramnaghar
Since there is no place to review the Corbett Riverside Resort located on the edge of the Corbett National Park (and tiger preserve), I want to share our experience there under the area for the sister resort at Nainital. We had a wonderful three day stay at the resort, including three safaris - one by elephant and two by Gypsy ("Jeep"). Our accommodations included a living room with fireplace and a large bedroom with bath. The package included meals and the kitchen does a great job. They even packed food for us when we were not going to be back at the resort at meal time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and we greatly enjoyed conversations with Mr. Akbar Ahmed, the owner. We were totally satisfied and highly recommend this facility. We heard less than enthusiastic responses to some other nearby resorts.
