Don't stay here - the hotel is awful!

We were due to stay at the Mirador but when we arrived at 4.30am they told us that they'd given our room to someone else. They moved us to the Regency. This hotel is horrible. It's located next to a motorway - and I mean right next to it - so if you have any plans as regarding getting some sleep you can forget them. This is without doubt the noisiest place I've ever stayed in. As for the hotel, well, it's pretty dirty, shabby and downright unhygenic. You get crusty used toiletries and dirty sheets. The management are equally awful - rude and abrupt - they have absolutely no customer service skills. Just don't stay here.....

I do not advise this hotel. I stayed for 1 month. Restaurants are dirty... got food poisoning several times and only ate outside afterwards. There is never silence so do not expect good sleep. Due to very bad sound isolation, traffic, elevators and generators from roof can be heard constantly. They charge internet 3 EUR/h what is equal to criminal. Also, expect primitive behaviour from personnel, who keep disturbing guests, touch food with dirty hands, try to fool them etc. Swimming pool is just small baby-pool and fitness has enough room for 2 persons. I left the place exhausted. The worst hotel ever!

Due to the delayed flight of AI to Paris we were offered two hours's sleep at this clean and comfortable hotel, I enjoyed the breakfast and the staff that served it. Not so sure about reception who placed Indian nationals in single rooms if required and required us to share with strangers. Very little explanation on the subject! I left a jacket in my room, our room, sorry, I've sent an e-mail to the hotel to try and have it sent to me......

Great value and great location

Very close to centre of bombay. Went for wedding shopping and hence was close to all relevant areas in bombay - kalbadevi, juhu, santacruz, breach candy, kemps corner, marine drive. Same quality as Shalimar Hotel but half the price. Great service and breakfast is also very good. Top marks.
