Great Service & Staff /best room

This is the third 3 star hotel I've stayed at in Mumbai whilst in transit (to deal with the bad domestic-international connections in India). Of the 3 this one had the best room, and was the cheapest. Coach pick-up and drop off was included in the price, and was very efficient. i like it stay thire agen & agen gret service staff

The pictures of the hotel on the web were impressive but the stay was not. There was peculiar stale odour in the room particularly the bathroom which was in a sad condition. The noise in the corridor and traffic outside was unbearable. Room service was good but I shortened my stay by nearly 3 days.

One of the worst hotels I've ever been in. Dilapidated and smelly. The air conditioning sounds like the jumbo jet you've just got off, the electric sockets are all out of the walls (those that still work), walls are dirty etc. On the positive side, the toilet and bed were clean. On the opposite side of the road there's a little local restaurant featuring vegetarian food. A great meal for 2 dollars, beer included.

This is the third 3-4 star hotel I've stayed at in Mumbai whilst in transit (to deal with the bad domestic-international connections in India). Of the 3 this one had the best room, and was the cheapest. Coach pick-up and drop off was included in the price, and was very efficient. My only complaint was that the doors to the rooms were a bit 'thin'. Sounds of the comings and goings of others interfered with my sleep.

Top Local Tips for Mumbai

Enigma I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting an awesome night out. Just beware they are usually not keen on allowing group of guys unless you're staying at the hotel. Likes: Excellent decor, good music - R'n'B, Hip Hop, Bollywood remixes and some house / dance, good price, $40 to get in howver this includes a good 4 to 5 drinks. Dislikes: The crowd is India's creme de la creme so don't expect a chatty/friendly welcome, most of the local crowd like to stick to their own group. You'd have to be something special to chat up one of the local girls. Although you'll find a lot NRIs guys from UK and US trying their hardest.
