Discourteous staff and bad bathrooms

Totally Disappointing. The staff especially the guy at the reception is rude and discourteous. Behaves as though he is doing us a service by giving us a room. The toilets at Indus Valley would have been better - Water doesnt come out of faucets but comes out of every other pipe from where it is not supposed to The Ac doesnt have tempertaure control as a result of which I had to wake up every two hours and switch it on and off.
