The front of the hotel is a mask, beyond that the staff and the management are untrustworthy of any agreement you make. The manager spies on every one entering the hotel, listens to all your conversation, and then tell the counter staff what to do. The front desk staff is a dummy for the Mrs Gupta, the Manager. There are far more professional outfits then this.
