Good hotel, let down by unattentive staff

Good Hotel in walking distance from Gate of India. Fatima , the Duty manager on my first day was very helpful. The older guy at Reception was miserable the 3 days I was there. The young staff were doing their best to please. Waiters in the breakfast restaurant stood at the cash desk with their backs to the customers. They did not have eyes in the back of their heads. In the restaurant in the evening, the cabaret singer stopped singing & told a waiter to serve a customer who was waiting to give his order. That was the usual level of service throughout my 3 weeks in N India & not just this hotel. Don't expect attentive service anywhere & you won't be disappointed.

Best Hotel to Stay

We have been in India for 15 days(Delhi-Agra-Jaipur-Jodhpur-Udaipur-Bombay) And this is the best food of all the Hotels. Thank you.

Good Hotel Friendly Staff

We have been very happy with our 2 days stay in the Thai Suite. We would like to recommend +book our business associates from Europe +also our family into your hotel in future. The location couldn’t be better!!! After living 18months in Mumbai for business reasons, we now feel that we have found "the" hotel which suits all our needs. A big THANK YOU to all your very courteous & co-operative staff!!.

Very friendly Staff,good Management. Buffet Breakfast very nice,service a bit slow but normal for India.Rooms very good. Location a bit out of town like. Price was very competative. Nice bar. New Year dinner reasonable with very good food & entertainment. Would recommend it any time. Definately better hotels in the Juhu area.
