We were with 10 people from April 24 to April 26, 2009 in this hotel. We are very well absorbed and had very good service. So we have no evidence.It was arranged very well through Midtown Travels. I would recommend anyone to this hotel. Staff was very friendly. I am the leader of this group, and we were from Holland for a tour. Thanks and best regards, Radjin Bilgoe

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed at for the room rates. The staff is ignorant, untrained, who need to refer to the duty manger in every aspect. The duty managers are also unhelpful and rude and readily agree to your complaints and prompt you to make an official complaint to the management. The rooms are tiny and the beds are very small for persons from the European continent. Don't bother staying at this hotel is my recommendation.

The service non existant, very unfriendly staff, The management very unco-operative who look at their guests as a hinderance and very highly priced basic food menu.The hotel is rated as 4 star, but the service is below 2 star.
