Honeymooners Paradise
Hotel Classic is really classic. View of mountains is extremly good from the hotel. Room service is also very good. Food was very tasty. Overall I will give 10/10.

As I have seen your hotel & services , there is no class that u can not run such kind of hospitality job as u gave such a bad service to me.
1) There is no hot water in the room
2) I have asked one pillow on my arrival but I haven’t got even before my check out.
3) Your food is 3rd class. Sorry to say this but it is true. It smells so bad that I think it’s cooked before a month or your vessels are not washed properly.
4) The towels are same that we have used from day one. No changes in bed sheets also.
5) I have asked to leave me before 2 days because I was not happy with your service but there is no response from your end. Your manager in-charge was not present when we needed him the most
6) The Bombay office also was equally worse as they did not respond to any of my calls.
My advice to you is please improve your services or other cust. Won’t arrive at your place.

The view from almost all the rooms is really good, the location of the hotel is also cool. Only one thing that can be improved there is the food quality.
