The people in Kerala were about the friendliest in India as manifested by the impeccable service at Hotel Mercy.
I would like to personally thank the staff at Hotel Mercy for their good service, eager assistance and smiles.
Msot times, it is not the adornments of a place but the friendly spirit of the people managing a place that makes it really beautiful. Well done to the staff of Hotel Mercy!
