Relaxation Seeker

I only used the restaurant. Once with a group of 3 other guys(in the evening). We had great service and the waiter spoke even better English than me. They bent over backwards to ensure that the meal and drinks were the best. However, I then took a female companion a few days later(for lunch) and although it was only slightly busier, the service was not as before. Water tasted warm and I had to request a bottle of water. The food was fine, but the dessert was too sweet. The overall standard is one of the best, and compares with what you would find in Delhi and Mumbai. Cannot comment on the rooms as I did not stay there, but ambience of hotel suggests that it is one of the best places to stay in Jalandhar.
