Most overrated. Zero value for money
The most overrated hotel I've ever stayed at. Definitely not 5 star. Considering the ambience and layout, which is fantastic, the service and administration of the resort leave a lot to be desired. One has to fight to get a proper room. There is construction activity going on. The service lacks courteousness and sensitivity. The resort is often rented for marriages resulting in chaos, noise, crowds right in the resort area nd outside your cottages!! You will also find drunks from the wedding banging on your door in the middle of the night for fun. The cleanliness is non existent with the glasses and other articles of the nights revelry not cleared for even 2 days! There is no place to park your car as its taken up by taxis and cars for the weddings, etc and the management is too thick skinned about it. Overall, a terrible experience and value for money is zero. One only feels a sense of pity as the place is so good and can be a tremendous experience if only run properly.
