One reviewer said "awful' & gave 1, others gave good reviews; it all depends on what sort of room you get. We were at a conference & were booked in buy the organisers; those who got top floor rooms in Sayaji Grande were fine - comfortable, well appointed etc; if you were downstairs (like us) hard beds, dingy rooms, more like a hostel. service was good, polite, & the staff helpful. Food in the a la carte poolside restaurant was excellent. If you can't get into the Grande bit, I wouldn't stay here.

Sayaji Indore has set a benchmark in hospitality in Indore. Personal Butler service, all amenities and great food is the hallmark of this hotel.
A mercedez drop to the airport was the icing on the cake.
There is room for improvement, specially at the Hotel shop where items are priced too high. More over staff can be a little more professional.

As compared to other hotels/restaurants at Indore, Sayaji has the best food. It has a very reasonable price. One can enjoy the money worth food here. The best varieties of Kababs can be found here.

Very well appointed, well staffed with plenty of capable, helpful people. Banquet rooms for rental for business meetings. Excellent restaurant with very good menu, extremely reasonable prices. Coffee shop. Area for children and teenagers to play, bowl, eat pizza; all with guards to keep an eye on things. Large pool. Outdoor restaurant with varied kabob menu, meat and vegetarian dishes, rotating every night, plus buffet. Local people frequent this outdoor restaurant with live Indian music. Rooms are a bit small, but very serviceable, with bed, couch, chair and table, computer with broadband internet included. Classy place. Best place for business presentations. Excellent also for families with kids. Safe, secure, immaculately clean. Bargain with them, you should be able to get better prices; but even at full fare, it's a bargain.

We booked the hotel for marriage purpose... no doubt they know how to do their jobs. The health club which consists of gym, pool, squash room, aerobics was also good... We are delighted...
