Great heritage hotel

Windamere Hotel is a beautiful hotel. It reminds me of the old times when there was British were here. You can enjoy the lexury and the comfort. Well said about the place "its one of the three jewels of the raj". I really liked the "villa".

Hubby and I stayed for 6 nights in a Heritage Suite. Rooms are well appointed, cosy with a fireplace. Hubby was uncomfortable with the limited shower room. Service is to die for...friendly, efficient: these staff really believe in this hotel. Food could have been more exciting. The tea every afternoon was divine! All in all, an excellent experience. I will go back to experience a Christmas here. Heard it's magical and I do believe the hype!!
