Stayed in the Club rooms. The rooms are spacious and clean. The buffet in the coffee shop (Dinner) was average. The staff was courteous and prompt. The taxi driver arranged by the hotel was excellent.

Staff not up to the mark

I had a mediocre stay here and I had a bad experience with the reception, the waiters at the Indian restaurant and when I needed the house doctor,the staff were not courteous and very slow. Very bad experience and stay. After my stay in Coimbatore,I had booked for the Leela in Bangalore and your staff could learn a thing or two from the staff there.No matter the star status I feel the staff need to learn to be more receptive to the elderly as I saw the reception people were least bothered when an older man had asked for some assistance. It was a big shame.
