I regret that there isn't a negative rating. These fools charged my credit card 4 times for a 1 night stay. These guys are frauds and their rooms are filthy.

Worst service, arrogant staff

Worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. Staff is very arrogant. Rooms are dirty and full of bugs. Cab Drivers linked to this hotel (who pick you from airport and drop you to airport.. so called free service provided by the hotel) are drunken all the time. If you hire cab through hotel people (for city tour etc) they will ask for exorbitant money (and they are drunken as well all the time). Believe me its worst hotel. Don’t ever think of going there.

Terrible stuff!

Do not get fooled by the website. Pickup from the airport was lousy. Room was terrible. No hot water, bad expensive food. Noisy area. The list goes on and on.....

Very worst I had ever seen

Actually, I came Chennai to receive my relative coming from abroad. I booked AC room. Totally the rent came up to 1600 /- . While booking they told that airport pick and drop or complementary. But friends don’t believe these idiots, they had not picked up us from airport. At last we came to that ugly hotel my call taxi separately. I made a complaint also to the receptionists. But they told "if u want stay you can or if u don’t like then u can go". Very worst customer service. Worst hotel. Room is so small and room service is also not good. Totally a kind suggestion to all: Please don’t choose this stupid hotel to stay. For staying here you can stay in railway platform. It will be little bit good compared to this hotel.

Worst Of All

Based on the phone conversation we thought this is a nice one. But my god, after going there by 2:30 AM with kids, we had one of the worst of experiences. The beds were so ugly, the toilets were unimaginable. There was a phone line for namesake, and it was not working. To make a call you have to go the reception and talk in front of everyone. We did not have a choice to go out at that time with the luggage’s and stuff and we cleared the room first thing in the morning without even taking shower. This was all for 1800+. But the same price or even lesser we stayed in very good hotels on our return. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING THERE. I THOUGHT THRE REVIEWS MAY BE NOT GOOD AND DID NOT CONSIDER THIS SERIOUSLY, BUT IT MATTERS.

WORST WORST WORST Hotel you would find

The worst hotel I ever stayed in my life.....Stayed only from 2AM to 7AM but still is a horrible experience in my life. You will get what you will pay for. Dont be cheated with the website look.........Any thing can have a great looking website and is one of the kind!

Never Ever Stay

All the reviews are same as my experience faced in this hotel. LOTS and LOTS of MOSQUITOES. Initially we booked non A/C and it is in First floor. Too Too Too much hot. No proper response. After that we shifted to A/C and it is better but it has cockroach..:).. Don't stay in this hotel. It is too costly for the price paid. The website image is not same as in the hotel look and facility. They have free shuttle i.e. is the only advantage.

If there would have been a rating zero i should give zero. This is one of the most worst hotels i have been. Form the websites if you see the building & bed photos definately you will try to opt for this hotel & after you visit you will never dream also of going to that hotel. I dont know who has given it a 3star grade , this hotel is more worse than any of the roadside hotels in India. A/C sounds very horrible,rooms are not clean,bed sheets are "OH my god" . the most awuful i have everseen. If any one has smoked in the room prevoisly the same smell will be there in the room for ages. Bath room is most horrible experience. I would say if you are planning to go to this hotel then please look for some other hotel

Stale Smell

It's a roof over your head, but going to sleep in Mars beds isn't exactly a nice experience. I've been to this hotel several times in several years because I didn't know any other to arrive to in the middle of the night in Chennai, and every year again, the sheets on the beds smell awful! And the sheets are too small as well: you can either cover your feet, or your shoulders, but not both. This year, I'm definitely going somewhere else!! One year, when we arrived in the breakfast room, the staff was quickly painting over the humidity spots on the walls and ceiling... Friendly perhaps, but it meant we had to have breakfast in a room filled with the smell of paint.
