Instead of Days in Deccan Plaze it can be called as delays in deccan plaza. We stayed there for My husbands offical work. but from the check in time to check out time the service provided by the main reception was very very worst(came to know it was handled by a very senior reception person). when checking in i think there was a miscommunication gap with our official & room reservation team at Delays in deccan plaza regarding the time. But while check out (it was horrible). My husband called to reception by 9.30 & asked them to make arrangement for checking out(bills & other formalities) but the response was so super that we checked out by 10.45. after an hour of struggle with the reception person.
