We have stayed at the circular hotel 8 times--we see the same friendly house staff and door keepers. Restaurant used to be extremely busy and had good food,but sadly,the last few visits has seen a deteriation here. Hotel is located conveniently for Mother Teresa house,walking distance to Park street and New Market--come on circular---let's see improved standards,again.

Good service but too crammed

Good survice but too crammed. Rooms are too crammed and have to little standing space. Staffs are Jolly but carefree, not serious. Management staffs especially Mathews and later Philip were of help great help and forth coming. The review was made collectively by a group of volunteers at Missionaries of Charity coming from different countries.
