I always found rooms in samrat hotel.i like the location of the hotel, service and the politeness of the lady receptionists.Even once in a rush period they kindly found an accomodation for me.I always depend on Samrat residency when I am in Bangalore. I recommend to all.

I had requested for booking a double room for family in this hotel on 10 th june 2005 for requirement on 18 th June 2005. A fax mentioning all my details was sent. I have not received any information from hotel. I was told on last day that they have not reserved room for me. It caused me lot off inconvenience and had to rush to other hotel. I hope for other they will cooperate. In case they dont want to accomodate they should atleast inform or ask for payments if they want to be sure. Hope this help to improve the services.
